Ramp-up, management and expert work in IT and technology, remote or hybrid work

About me

I am looking for Ramp-up, management, expert or project work. I am flexible regarding the nature of the work (permanent, fixed-term, full-time, part-time). I can work flexibly, ideally 15–25 hours per week. I have a long career in IT and technology middle management positions in Finland and abroad. My areas of expertise are starting up organizations, projects and ventures (Ramp-up activities) as well as Competence Transfer. I have a lot of experience in research and product development work (R&D), Project Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). I have received the best feedback on people leadership (Leadership), starting up and executing projects (Ramp-up), and Competence Transfer. I am a people-oriented engineer. In addition, I have a second education and area of expertise related to people's wellbeing, health and sports. I prefer to work partially or completely remotely. However, I can travel flexibly. If the work requires a lot of presence, I prefer to work in the Oulu-Kokkola sector. In remote-oriented work I can work globally. I can start in about a month.
