I help companies develop their business, clarify their strategy and build functional processes. The work includes mapping the company's situation, discussions with management and preparing concrete development proposals. I worked for decades in management positions and led many kinds of projects. I know business development, sales, personnel matters, international trade and supply chains. I have been involved in both large organizations and my own company, and I see how things work in practice. I am suitable for companies that need an external perspective and experience to support decision-making. I am available on weekday afternoons, but schedules can be arranged flexibly. I work mainly on site at the client's premises or remotely.
